Sustainability Executive Role:

Our client is hiring for Sustainability Executive located in Luton. The sustainability team are an ambitious group of people working towards NetZero. They are the trusted team that deploy the sustainability strategy, working together with stakeholders to ensure the environmental, social and economic success of operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• The role is focused on reducing the scope 1 and 2 emissions and would involve the following.
• Procuring energy efficiency initiatives
• Assistant PM role for the delivery of a solar farm
• Procuring low carbon vehicles
• Procurement and delivery of building and energy studies
• Supporting the delivery of electric vehicle charging infrastructure
• Reporting and support on sustainability related matters.
• Collate, review, and analyse sustainability related data, metrics, and reports to identify issues and potential opportunities for improvement within the Group.
• Identifying the detail required for net-zero target
• SMARTwaste development

You package: 6-month FTC, salary banding £40k to £45k Someone with experience or exposure to the above would be ideal and if they could have at least 2-5 years of experience. Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm Flexible working policy, onsite parking and must have strong Communication, IT and people skills.
