Job Description

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a brilliant company based in Bradford.
Our client provides full housing related support and a tenant liaison service to those who require housing with additional needs.
The working hours are between Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
With a starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum - depending upon experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring that the management of each home promotes the need and choices for people receiving support by regular planned reviews, assessments and formulating of care plans using a multidisciplinary approach.
Working proactively and closely with tenants and support agencies to address environmental, property and tenancy issues ensuring tenancies are sustained.
Effectively manage care and support housing schemes by working closely with a range of internal departments and external organisations to ensure tenants are able to maintain their tenancies.
Working closely with team colleagues to enable excellent customer service.
To maintain and demonstrate a commitment to the company's Vision and Values and strategic aims and objectives.
To maintain high standards of professionalism and keep abreast of current care and supported housing issues, standards, best practice, and legislation.
Diarise the welfare visits as necessary, across the supported living portfolios.
Train & supervise the support workers activities, along with creating + monitoring the progress on their task list.
Verify the care & welfare reports & trackers to ensure the support plan is updated accurately, per tenant, per property.
Maintain an auditable record of the welfare provisions across all supported housing schemes.
