Support Worker Needed - FEMALE ONLY- Cardiff Bay
Looking after a Young Lady with a Brain Injury

Are you compassionate, dedicated, and ready to make a difference? We are seeking a reliable Support Worker to assist a young lady in her mid-20s with a brain injury. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide care and support in a warm and fulfilling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Offer emotional and practical support.
• Help with mobility and other physical tasks.
• Foster independence and encourage engagement in activities.
• Assist with household tasks and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and promote overall well-being.
• Use your own car to take the service user out for appointments or outings. Mileage will be reimbursed at 45p per mile.

Requirements:

• Must be a driver with your own car (mileage paid at 45p per mile).
• Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or similar conditions is desirable.
• Shift pattern of 12:00 - 23:00, followed by a sleep-in shift.
• Must be available to work 3-4 days a week, full flexibility preferred.
• Patient, caring, and respectful nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
£12 per hour
