Location: Bristol

Salary: £27,040 per annum + £60 per sleep

Hours: Full-time - 3 x 12-hour shifts per week + approx. 1 sleep per week

Are you passionate about making a difference? We're looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to empower vulnerable people to live independent and fulfilling lives.

What You'll Do:

• Support individuals with daily living, personal growth, and community involvement
• Work with young people experiencing difficulties and challenges, helping them build a better present and a hopeful future
• Provide emotional and practical support to those with learning difficulties
• Build meaningful relationships and create a safe, positive, and empowering environment

What You Need:

• A caring, proactive attitude - experience is great, but personality is key
• Experience supporting people with learning difficulties or young people facing challenges (desirable)
• A valid driving licence (preferred)
• The ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional sleeps
• A desire to support and champion others
