Learning Disabilities Support Worker
Location: Bristol

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities in various settings.
- Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and confidence.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

- Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a social care environment.
- Driving: A full driving license is preferred to facilitate travel between client locations.
- DBS Check: Must have an up-to-date DBS on the update service.
