Responsibilities: As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Cultivate strong relationships with property vendors
- Drive new and repeat business through proactive efforts
- Secure property instructions for marketing purposes
- Utilise diverse marketing skills to attract potential buyers
- Manage property contracts and explore up selling opportunities
- Prepare property brochures with compelling visuals and descriptions
- Engage in local canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
- Ensure properties meet health and safety standards
Essential Skills: To excel in this role, you must have:
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Previous experience as an Estate Agent, ready to advance your career
- Ability to foster a positive team environment and deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong initiative and the capacity to work independently
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Packages
- Attention to detail
Requirements: To proceed with the recruitment process, candidates must:
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- Possess legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
- Provide necessary documentation, including passport/birth certificate, proof of address, national insurance, and driver's licence check
