Key Responsibilities:
As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the company's sales efforts in the UK and European markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Leadership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that sales and margin targets are consistently met.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven Sales Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, particularly with high-value capital equipment and services.
- Technical Aptitude: While direct experience with laser systems is not required, you should possess a strong technical acumen and be eager to learn about micromachining technology.
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, driving repeat business and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline and operate autonomously.
- International Experience: Experience in managing international sales territories is highly desirable.
Performance Objectives:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (£600k Subcon, £400k systems).
- Accurate Sales Forecasting: Provide precise sales forecasts and maintain a strong prospect pipeline to support future growth.
