Job Description

Salary: £35,000-£60,000 per annum + company car
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday

You will be responsible for
- Mentoring and motivating the team
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of Account Managers
- Develop and implement sales targets/KPI's
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Provide on-going training and development opportunities for the sales team
