Job Description

Sales Executive

Location: Camberley

MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENCE

We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships and finding new customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
" Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers - includes visiting customers
" Visiting potential customers for new business
" Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
" Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
" Providing customers with quotations for machines / new business/servicing
" Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
" Gathering market and customer information
" Liaise with our servicing technician
" Liaise with our Ireland sales representative
" Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience

Secondary responsibilities may include:
Representing your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your company's managers
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions

The ideal candidate will have the following:
" Excellent knowledge of MS Office
" The ability to build productive and professional business relationships with customers
" Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
" Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
" Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
" Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
" Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
" Clean driving license
" Valid passport, able to travel to Ireland and Germany

Salary
£22k Basic salary plus commission OTE £25,000-£30,000

Company car (Vauxhall Corsa or similar, fuel reimbursed for business miles)

Flexi-time hours
Standard office hours will be flexible with variable start and finish times:
7.5 hour day with 1 hour lunch and breaks, but start time can be from 07:30-08:30 and finish time can be from 16:00-17:00.
