Job Description
Job Title: Sales Coordinator (FMCG)
Location: Hammersmith, London
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 PA
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Hybrid flexibility after successful probationary period)
We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join a leading South Korean food company renowned for pioneering Korean food culture for over 60 years. Specialising in authentic flavours and manufacturing premium Korean food brands, the company is rapidly expanding in the UK. Located in the heart of central London, you will play a key role in driving this growth.

Responsibilities:
- Increase sales volumes by facilitating entry into mainstream retail, food service, B2B fields, and ethnic channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients in the UK market.
- Coordinate sales activities between customers and internal teams.
- Process order requests and prepare quotes for potential customers.
- Keep customers informed with relevant product information.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and expand the UK market for Korean food products.
- Manage sales presentation materials and product information updates.
- Collaborate with headquarters in South Korea and the Netherlands.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience with experience of meeting KPIs preferred; customer-facing roles considered.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking skills for managing multiple projects.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is advantageous; familiarity with Xero is preferable.
- Valid right to work in the UK - sponsorship cannot be facilitated
