Job Description

Brook Street is working with an established law firm seeking two Residential Conveyancers for a fully remote opportunity.

Main duties:

• To work on a mixture of freehold and leasehold sales & purchases.
• To work on remortgages and a transfer of equity.
• To support a caseload of 75 files alongside a dedicated legal assistant.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Legal background

Complaint in leasehold

Experience managing own caseload
