Setting: Residential respite service for children

Location: Loughborough, UK
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Position: Full-Time

Are you an experienced and dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals needing respite care? I am seeking a passionate OFSTED Registered Manager to open and oversee a new residential respite service in the Loughborough area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential respite service.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with OFSTED regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an OFSTED Registered Manager.
• Experience providing personalised care for young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of OFSTED regulations and standards.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
• Level 5 in leadership and management, or you will be working towards/willing to secure this qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
