Registered Manager - Lead with Purpose, Focus on People

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years as a Registered Manager
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs
• A strong leadership background, managing and developing teams
• A person-centred approach, fostering a positive and enriching environment
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
• A solid understanding of CQC requirements and current legislation
• A passion for continuous learning and professional growth
