Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Regional Sales Co-Ordinator to join an existing team. The role will start on a temporary basis and will lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Based in East Kilbride, Glasgow.

The role involves administration, logging client reactive, planned and quoted work orders. Preparing estimates for review, preparing purchase orders, preparing parts requisitions for review. Audit and invoice completed work orders. Updating asset registers and client systems. Create work reports, assisting colleagues where required. Dealing with engineers, allocating work orders and following up to ensure tasks have been completed to client satisfaction. Hours are Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm, with 60 mins lunchbreak.

Able to commit to temp to perm role and available to start within the next week to 10 days.

Training will be provided on database systems - however, this is an extremely busy role. Knowledge of Microsoft products is beneficial and experience of working in a small office team is preferred.

£11.44/hr whilst on temporary contract.
