Regional Manager (Supported Living and Residential Care)

Location: Midlands

Salary: £45000 to £50000

Are you an experienced and passionate professional ready to shape the future for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs?

In partnership with a leading specialist provider, dedicated to offering high-quality care in a nurturing environment that maximises independence, opportunities, and quality of life for those they support, I am seeking a skilled and passionate regional manager to join their team.

Position: Regional Manager (Supported Living)
Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid

Role Overview: As their Regional Manager, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and sustaining a portfolio of supported living complex care services. You will also be pivotal in strategic management, business growth and development across the organisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 5 Qualification in Management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Extensive experience in complex care services and support for adults with learning disabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple services and supervise teams
