Summary Of the Role
-To resource candidates and clients and be responsible for generating new business and candidate database growth in line with the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). To maximise the organisations revenue and to ensure profitability through Business Development, marketing and recruitment.
-To ensure fill rates are achieved in line with KPI's, working with the wider teams to ensure compliant candidates are always available to fill all requirements. Regular communication with clients and actively building relationships with clients new and existing. Proactively seeking opportunities.
-Develop a strong relationship with candidates and assist in matching the needs of both candidate and client to ensure the highest level of service. Updating and utilising all systems and databases to identify suitable candidates through maintaining knowledge of availability through a persistent approach. Continually update availability and ensure each candidate remains engaged with the business.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Business Development Activities
· Business Development - ensuring new opportunities are recorded and maximised.
· Meet growth / gross profit targets
· Client visits - new and service - identify and follow up business leads
· If required write and place advertisements online using jobs boards and other traditional methods such as magazines and newspapers.
· Ensure work agreed is within the scope of the company pricing policy, requesting rates cards.
· Source new candidates to have an available pool of workers for specific specialties and in line with new business requirements - future planning by working with contacts within the NHS.
· Ensure all candidates availability is accurate and up to date, resulting in reduction in errors.
· Fill all requests with available and compliant candidates.
Experience:
Recruitment Consultancy experience.
- Experience direct sales experience in a target driven environment where you have had to identify new clients and maintain existing clients.
- Experience of using MS Office to include Microsoft Word and Email.
