Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking an additional team member in Belfast to develop our business by fulfilling the permanent recruitment needs of our current clients, and by conducting Sales activities to generate business from new clients.

Brook Street (UK) Ltd`s Career Ladder enables our Recruitment Consultants to determine their salaries because the more you develop your desk and the revenue it generates, the higher your basic salary can be. Salaries for our Recruitment on our Career Ladder range from £22,000 to £40,000.

Based in our Belfast branch, the successful candidate will benefit from:

Duties in this role include:

• conducting business development activities;
• making outbound Sales calls;
• meeting with clients via MS Teams and in person;
• liaising with our clients` Managers and HR staff;
• writing job descriptions;
• creating and posting vacancy advertisements online;
• sifting CVs;
• interviewing and registering candidates;
• identifying new business opportunities;
• generating leads, and
• providing all candidates with pre-interview advice before they attend interviews with our clients
