Reception Team Leader - Be the Face of Excellence!

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (35 hours per week)
Bonus: Extra day off for your birthday!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the daily magic of reception, ensuring top-tier service for clients and staff
• Managing the team rota (yes, that includes lunches, sickness cover & holidays!)
• Training and mentoring receptionists to be the absolute best
• Visiting offices to complete monthly checks - a little road trip now and then!
• Working closely with the Office Manager to enhance reception operations
