Essential Skills:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience in private client tax within an accountancy practice
• Expertise in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual client
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Desire for professional growth and career advancement

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of private clients, ensuring tax compliance and advisory services
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tax staff
• Manage and lead a team of tax professionals
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle a mix of personal tax compliance and advisory work
• Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations
• Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives
