Job Description

My city centre based Government client is looking for an applicant who has previous experience as a Personal Assistant to join their offices.

This is a full time role for up to 3 months working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, during normal core hours.

The successful applicant will be competent in the following areas of expertise;

• Inbox Management for the director
• Organising travel arrangements
• Prioritising and planning both urgent and routine work
• Alert the direct to any urgent matters
• Provide secretarial support across the directorate
• General support to the Director where necessary
