Job Description
Job Title: People and Culture Advisor ( Fixed Term Contract)
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 per year
Located: Watford - On-site only
Role Overview:
We are seeking a People and Culture Advisor to oversee day-to-day HR services and ensure high-quality support. This six-month fixed-term contract involves supporting the People & Culture Administration team, driving continuous service improvement, and delivering effective HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and legislation to employees and managers.
- Lead the end-to-end Employee Services process, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
- Manage recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR information systems and ensure data integrity.
- Support payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Qualifications:
- A UK based applicant with unrestricted right to work
- Level 5 CIPD qualified with experience in managing diverse teams preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to analyse metrics and improve service delivery.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
