Job Description

Job Title: Payout Coordinator
Location: Reading (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Holiday: 30 days annual leave + bank holidays

About the Role:

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Join our team as an Asset Finance Payout Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient payment processing. You'll be the bridge between multiple teams, working closely with the Payout, Sales, and Operational teams to support seamless transactions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this dynamic role, you'll communicate with Introducers to request missing or incomplete information, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Payout, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and meet agreed service levels.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with Introducers to request missing documentation or information.
  • Carefully review and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete for final quality checks and payout processing.
  • Strictly adhere to KYC, risk policies, and regulatory requirements to protect the business and maintain compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong customer service experience, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.
  • Previous experience in asset finance, banking, or a similar sector is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including Maths and English at grade C or above).
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
