Part time role - 24 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with with our clients Customers and Vehicle Suppliers to identify vehicle requirements.

- Liaise with dealers, obtain quotations, and issue vehicle purchase orders.

- Progress vehicle orders weekly, ensuring systems and customers are updated.

- Coordinate new vehicle delivery between dealers and customers.

- Handle supplier vehicle invoices promptly and efficiently.

- Manage customer expectations with finesse.

- Report weekly using our Purchasing systems and internal SLA's.

About You:

- Ideally have knowledge of vehicle leasing products other manufacturers.

- GCSE Maths and English at level C or above.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Team player with the capacity to meet strict deadlines.

- Confident, customer-focused communicator.

Demonstrated high level of Customer service experience and initiative.

Additional Skills:

- Excellent Excel skills.

- Strong phone etiquette.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Dynamic, inquisitive, and curious mindset.
