Job Description
Salary: To be discussed
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
Benefits: 25 days per annum, after 3 years of service an additional 1 day per year will be added (3-7years) + 8 bank holiday. Bonus scheme, pension 4%, private medical insurance offered after 1 years service, cycle scheme, birthday day off after 1 year of service, paid volunteering day
This is a very exciting opportunity that has arisen due to growth (and an internal promotion) within this very successful family run, expanding business. You will be working within a very varied PA position that not only includes traditional PA duties but as you will be supporting the Director who is qualified within Finance you will also assist with Financial administrative support.
Ideally you will have come from the Financial Services industry/ or similar, and you will have strong PA experience. You must be a driver due to the rural location and be able to work within the office 5 days per week (this role is not hybrid)
Your duties will include some of the following:
- Producing reports for clients and responding to queries
- Preparing, attending and following up from meetings
- Liaising with 3rd parties on a daily basis
- General PA support
