Job Description
Do you have experience in outbound sales, ideally B2B? Do you want to work for an organisation with a great culture and working environment? This company offers hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days at home).
Duties to include:
" Outbound calls to decision makers (daily targets to be achieved)
" Generate quality appointments for Business Development Managers
" Take responsibility to have a thorough knowledge of product benefits
" Overcome objections
" Actively participate in Marketing Campaigns
Skills/Competencies required
" Outbound Telesales experience
" Ability to work to targets
" Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
" Good planning, organisation and time management skills
" Excellent communication skills
" Experience of FCA regulations would be an advantage
