Job Description

Brook Street is working with an established legal business based in the South Downs area.

The successful candidate will be joining a small team, offering business support and offer administrative assistance to the team. Due to the nature of this role, the candidate will be given full on-site training as part of their induction.

Duties include

  • Copying & Scanning
  • Post duties (opening, filing and sending)
  • Reception duties and welcoming clients

The successful candidate will therefore need to have a polite and welcoming manner and be able to multitask.

This role meets National Minimum Wage

  • 21+ £11.44 per hour
  • 18-20 - £8.60 per hour
  • Under 18 - £6.40 per hour

Benefits include pension and ongoing progression opportunities.

Due to location of our client, access via public transport is limited and suitable only for candidates commuting via public transport from Winchester or Fareham.
