Job Description

Our client the NPS based in Birmingham city centre are looking for a temporary employee to join their team as a Case Administrator.

This role will be initially for 3 months however there is a chance that it could be extended beyond that.

This position is full-time Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. With a shift pattern of 9am - 5pm and is resident in the office.

The pay rate for this role is £11.44 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

As a Case Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the business in ways such as offering administrative and clerical support with files attributed to its service users, offering support to reception when necessary, liaising with different departments / teams to ensure all data or information is shared correctly.

day-to-day duties will include the following:
-arranging and maintaining accurate offender and victim information on relevant databases
- On-site visitor direction and support
- Data Entry
- Diary Management
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in varied methods (Courts, Solicitors, Police)
- Liaising with service users to arrange & Maintain appointments
- Telephone enquiries
- Use of in house data bases & Software's
- Provide additional admin support as and when required
The ideal candidate for this role will have 12 plus months of recent Administration or similar clerical experience & proficiency with Microsoft packages. Training where necessary will be provided. Being able to demonstrate relevant transferable skills will be beneficial with a respect for process driven tasks.

The successful candidate will be subject to a vetting check due to the nature of the role.
