Dual Site Care Manager

Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Telford
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including some weekends, evenings, and an 'on call' rota
Salary: £35,421.60 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

As a Dual Site Care Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of two sites, providing compassionate, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include overseeing personal care, meals, finances, and medication for residents.

Skills and Experience:

• Level 3 Care qualification (willing to work towards Level 5)
• Proficient with technology
• Experience with older people, learning disabilities, or mental health needs
• Knowledge of domiciliary services and safeguarding practices
• Strong communication, team-working, and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
