As part of a long-established and rapidly growing global service provider, our Liverpool site is looking for ambitious and experienced Multi-Lingual Customer Service Experts to join a high-profile automotive campaign representing a renowned multi-purpose 4x4 brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored, engaging customer experiences across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and potentially social media
Adopt a "sales through service" mindset, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand's values and enhances customer connection
Gain a comprehensive understanding of individual customer needs to provide the most relevant and effective solutions
Guide and support customers throughout their journey, covering a broad range of services and touchpoints
Work closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient customer interactions
Develop in-depth product and brand knowledge, with a focus on how the vehicles and services enhance work, adventure, and outdoor lifestyles
Consistently achieve individual performance targets and meet service level agreements
Actively contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and feedback that support service excellence
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in a customer service environment, ideally within the automotive sector
A genuine enthusiasm for the 4x4 lifestyle and a strong customer-focused mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
Ability to adapt communication style to suit a variety of customer needs and personalities
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy
High attention to detail and a dedication to delivering top-quality service
Passion for the campaign brand and alignment with its identity and values
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a "start-up" feel
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership of customer issues
Confident using CRM systems and MS Office applications
Flexible availability, including willingness to work weekends and variable shifts
