Brook Street has an exciting opportunity in South Shields for a Market Research company with ongoing projects.

You will be working a 4 day week with every Friday off! Working hours are 0900-1900 Monday to Thursday with a pay rate of £11.44 per hour with weekly pay. In addition, you can expect 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).

Duties include:

• Making outbound telephone calls to graduates, asking a series of questions related to their degree & employment
• Recording responses on internal systems

A typical day involves making approximately 30-40 calls/hour, typically under 3-4 minutes in length. The call lists will be provided daily and these are not cold calls & involve no sales. There is a quick & easy script to follow, so the role is very easy to pick up with training.

We are looking for candidates with customer service, hospitality, call centre, telesales or research experience with a fantastic telephone manner & upbeat personality. If you're a recent graduate, this could be a great opportunity to gather experience in a fast-paced environment.
