Key Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will:

• Manage banking operations and cheque production.
• Handle client and office account transfers.
• Address credit balances effectively.
• Oversee deposit account facilities.
• Process electronic bank payments, including foreign exchange transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations with precision.
• Calculate interest accurately.
• Manage direct credits into bank accounts.
• Post, upload, and pay supplier disbursement invoices.
• Process disbursement transfers efficiently.
• Respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally.
• Undertake general accounts duties and any additional responsibilities aligned with the role as required.

Your Skills and Qualifications

My client is looking for someone who brings:

• Experience: Previous legal cashiering experience is advantageous but not essential; general accounts experience is required.
• Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and meticulousness in your work.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR) is preferred but not mandatory.
