Job Description

Brook Street are proud to be representing an innovative and solution solving company who are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Lead Generator to join their growing business.

The ideal candidate will identify and establish connections with key decision-makers at target companies, focusing on those with product ownership, in-house design, and manufacturing capabilities. Working closely with sales and marketing, you will build relationships and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers, paving the way for successful long-term connections.

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm

Salary - up to £25,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Research Prospects: Utilise LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms, exhibit lists, and other resources to research and identify potential client companies within our target sectors.
  • Data Gathering & Management: Capture and manage information on prospective clients, including contact details, decision-making roles, and power supply requirements.
  • Qualify Prospects: Assess potential clients based on criteria such as their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline, ensuring accurate data gathering & management.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Nurture qualified prospects by sharing relevant content, following up consistently, and fostering a connection until they develop into an enquiry.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Work with sales and marketing to refine strategies that enhance outreach efforts and increase engagement with new prospects.
  • Report Progress: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, including key metrics, pipeline progress, and insights for strategy adjustments.

Experience

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Lusha, and CRM tools.
  • Strong phone communication skills with a focus on initiating contact and building relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge with the electronics or technical sales
