Junior Buyer

Reports to: Supply Chain Director
Department: Procurement

About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Buyer to join our procurement team. You'll play a key role in managing suppliers, negotiating costs, maintaining stock levels, and providing crucial support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to minimise costs and ensure quality
• Raise and manage purchase orders
• Monitor stock levels and place timely orders
• Resolve invoice queries with accounts
• Coordinate deliveries and returns with transport
• Handle returns and faulty product replacements
• Assist with skip packs for production
• Provide additional administrative support when required

• Strong teamwork, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 and CRM systems
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
