Brook Street are partnering with our client based in Huntingdon to recruit for a Hardware Engineer that primarily aims to prepare and deliver laptop/ computers on time within their large organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing repairs on laptops, computers, and mobile phone
• Managing inventory with precision and accuracy
• Coordinating with other stores and warehouses for parts and accessories
• Committing to swift solutions and expedient customer service

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience of laptop/ computer repair is essential
• Experience adhering to service levels and quality measures.
• Desirable: Tablet or smart phone repair
