Job Description

Brook Street is working with a well-known organisation in Cheltenham. They are looking for an Insolvency Practitioner. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary. This is also a remote working job, so all applicants from across the UK will be considered.

Applicants to this role must be a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. Only Applicants with their IP License will be considered.

Duties

• Taking appointments as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
• Undertake a caseload of corporate insolvency cases.
• Direct input into the marketing activities and plans for the firm.
• Assist with the training and development of the team.
• Ensuring the smooth communication with agencies, debtors and creditors in line with company values.
• To update and effectively utilise the company databases and systems to maximise productivity.
• Calculating dividends and dealing with creditors queries
• Managing a team of Case Managers and Insolvency Administrators

Requirements

• Experience with IPS system
• Proven record of insolvency related roles
• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (Essential)
• Good communication and English, good with numbers
• Degree in accounting (desirable)
