Our client who are a trusted hire and rental company providing high-quality cars and vans to businesses and individuals across the region. They pride themselves on delivering top-notch customer service and are looking to expand our team in Warrington with a passionate Sales Advisor to help grow even further.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Advisor at County Rental, you will be the go-to person for customers looking to hire or rent equipment. Your role will involve helping customers find the right solutions for their projects, offering expert advice, and ensuring that they receive outstanding service every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their rental needs and recommend appropriate equipment
• Process rental agreements and sales transactions efficiently
• Provide expert advice on equipment usage and safety to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on any outstanding matters
• Keep up to date with product offerings and industry trends
• Work closely with the team to maximize sales opportunities and meet company goals

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a sales or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to build lasting relationships and offer tailored rental solutions
• Proactive and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals/ bonus
• Knowledge of the hire/rental industry is a plus, but not essential
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
