Working closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Recruitment, you will play a key role in delivering an integrated HR service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, and DBS checks.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to support TUPE processes and change management.
  • Maintain accurate data in HR systems, ensuring compliance with policies and data protection.
  • Monitor the HR ticketing system and continuously seek process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven background in a high-volume HR shared service environment.
  • Leadership: Experience in a supervisory role with the ability to guide and support a team.
  • Systems & Processes: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Ability to influence, negotiate, and manage resolutions effectively.

Why Join?

  • Work in a fast-paced, supportive HR environment with opportunities for professional development.
