Are you passionate about making a real difference in young lives? We are looking for dedicated Project Workers to support young people aged 16-20 transitioning to independent living.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement personalised support plans with young people, professionals, and families.

  • Manage referrals and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for those with complex needs.

  • Support practical skills like budgeting, cooking, parenting, and behaviour management.

  • Organise engaging activities that promote growth and community connection.

  • Liaise with housing services, contractors, and community agencies to enhance support.

  • Respond to emergencies and maintain professional boundaries while working independently, often lone working.

What We're Looking For:

  • A compassionate, resilient individual committed to youth empowerment.

  • Experience or willingness to work in supported housing and deliver strength-based, trauma-informed care.

  • Ability to build trusting relationships and manage challenging behaviours constructively.

  • Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage a busy workload.
