Job Title: Housing Support Worker

Job Type: Temp, Temp to Perm, Perm

• Shift Work Available
• Mon - Fri AM-PM
• 28 Days Annual Leave

Salary: £13.85 per hour

Location: Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional, practical, and administrative support to residents.
• Assist with housing searches, applications, and tenancy management.
• Ensure resident safety and security, following hostel/housing policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety plans.

Essential Criteria:

• Enhanced DBS clearance
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Desirable)
• Experience in housing or homelessness support
• Knowledge of local support services
