Brook Street are working in partnership with HMPPS North East Regional Office in their search an Administrator to join their busy team.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

£11.44 per hour

Address - Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service | 9 Corporation Road | Darlington | County Durham | DL3 6TH

The assignment is initially for 3 months - however will be a rolling contract which will most likely be extended.

Job description

The job holder will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities and duties:

• Email Management: Responding promptly and professionally to procurement-related emails and inquiries.
• Order Processing: Raising purchase orders for goods and services in accordance with company procedures.
• Invoice Management: Handling the receipting and payment of invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Reporting: Preparing detailed procurement reports to support decision-making and maintain transparency.
