Job Description
Brook Street recruitment is working with our East Belfast client to recruit a new full time and permanent Helpdesk / Customer Service Administrator to join their team
The role will include:
* Logging & assigning service calls using CASH software
* Dispatching engineers & ensuring paperwork is completed to the criteria required
* Providing excellent & efficient customer support
* Liaising with clients via email & telephone, including booking appointments/arranging access & maintaining accurate customer records
* Work inter departmentally to support colleagues & to ensure the business is ran effectively & efficiently
Essential Criteria:
* 2 year's experience in same or similar role
* Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear instruction
* Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word & basic knowledge of Excel
* Experience using same or similar business system software
* Problem-solving & working to deadlines
* High standard for organisation
* Ability to work on one initiative
Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm
Salary will start on min wage and will be reviewed after 3 months
