Head of Reception

Job Description

Salary: To be discussed
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + additional time off over Christmas/New Year, bonus scheme, pension, Birthday off each year and much more

This highly regarded, leading family run business are looking to recruit a full time Head of Reception. You will be part of a fast paced team and the first point of contact for both clients coming into the office and over the phone.

Your duties within the role will include:
- Answering the phone, taking messages, making tea/ coffee, preparing the meeting rooms
- Being a friendly point of contact for client enquiries
- General administration i.e. writing and sending letters, booking meetings in the diary, making appointments for clients
- Preparing meeting packs
- Dealing with the post
- Ensuring the electronic filing system is kept tidy and well organised
- Preparing, assisting and attending client events
- Ensuring the office is stocked with stationery and general supplies

The company are looking for someone who is professional, articulate, a high class communicator, confident, has an excellent telephone manner and ideally worked on a busy reception desk or have similar skills.
