Painter & Decorator

Location: Deptford, London

Contract Type: Temporary/ Ongoing

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour

Requirements: Valid DBS Check

Are you a skilled Painter & Decorator looking for a short-term opportunity? We are hiring for a temporary position to work on a project at university halls accommodation near Deptford, London.

Responsibilities:

• Painting and decorating university halls to a high standard
• Preparing surfaces, including sanding and priming
• Applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes as required
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a professional standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Basic plumbing
• Compliance testing (fire alarms, water temperatures etc)
• General Handyman

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• MUST have a valid DBS check
• Available to start work immediately
