Exciting Administrative Opportunities in Belfast City Centre!
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a rewarding career with long-term prospects? Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently seeking dedicated Verification Officers on behalf of our esteemed client in Belfast City Centre!

o Minimum one year`s experience in Administration.
o GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue of initial query letters to patients
- Enter on to case management system details of all correspondence and
documentation received from patients
- Open post and entering information onto case management system
- Undertake assessment of entitlement based on information received
- Issue of reminder letters, entitled and not entitled letters as
appropriate, to patients.
- Update the BSO patient registration system with patient entitlement
Working Hours:
o Band 3 - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Rate of pay is £12.31 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis
