Floating Support Worker
Solihull and surrounding areas (full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential)
Salary: c. £25000 plus enhanced annual leave and other generous benefits.

I am seeking applications for Floating Support Workers to join an established team in Solihull.
About the Role: You will work with vulnerable individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with associated needs such as poor mental health and substance misuse.
Your role will involve:
- Client Support: Providing practical and emotional support to clients.
- Housing Support: Assisting clients in finding and maintaining stable housing.
- Substance Misuse Support: Working with clients to address their substance misuse issues.
- Engagement: Building rapport with clients and developing strong working relationships.
- Partnership Working: Collaborating with other agencies to provide comprehensive support.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or relevant experience.
- Experience: Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a substance misuse, mental health, or homelessness setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Attitude: A positive and empathetic approach to working with clients.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Driving Licence: A valid UK driving license is essential.
