Fleet Management Customer Service Associate - English and German Speaking

Liverpool

Salary - £26,227.50

As our team continues to grow in Liverpool, we're looking for a passionate and dedicated Fleet Management Customer Services Associate to support one of our key campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to qualify leads and complete customer registrations

  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients and key stakeholders

  • Respond to customer inquiries with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy

  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, knowledgeable product or service guidance

  • Recommend tailored solutions that align with individual customer requirements

  • Build rapport and foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Ensure customer data is captured accurately and maintained to the highest standard

  • Actively contribute to team performance and overall campaign success

  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and team-based performance targets


What We're Looking For:

  • Background in the automotive industry, ideally with experience in parts, products, or catalogues

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

  • Fluency in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting both internal and external customers

  • Self-motivated, driven, and focused on achieving results

  • A strong team player with a collaborative mindset

  • Confident using digital tools, smartphones, and mobile applications

  • Solid IT skills, with proficiency in standard PC applications and systems

  • A goal-oriented attitude with a strong desire to succeed and grow
