Job Description

Brook Street recruitment is working with our client in Newtownards who currently have a Financial Services Administrator position in their busy office,

The Financial Services Administrator will be required to work in a small team and will play a vital role in the running of this busy office

Duties

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries from client`s and investment companies
  • General administration duties and working in partnerships with Financial Advisors.
  • Sorting and scanning mail
  • Contacting clients to arrange appointments
  • Preparing client portfolio packs
  • Liaising with the firm`s Financial Advisers
  • Preparing, sending and tracking new business applications
  • Maintaining the client database
  • Accurate and diligent record keeping


Criteria:

  • Applicants for this role MUST have a minimum of 2 years of working in the Financial Services industry and have a working knowledge of pensions and investments etc
  • Working knowledge of FCA Rules, Guidance Notes and Commitments that apply to the job role.
  • Desirable - Diploma qualified or working towards.
  • The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and self- driven to succeed.
