Job Description
Brook Street recruitment is working with our client in Newtownards who currently have a Financial Services Administrator position in their busy office,
The Financial Services Administrator will be required to work in a small team and will play a vital role in the running of this busy office
Duties
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from client`s and investment companies
- General administration duties and working in partnerships with Financial Advisors.
- Sorting and scanning mail
- Contacting clients to arrange appointments
- Preparing client portfolio packs
- Liaising with the firm`s Financial Advisers
- Preparing, sending and tracking new business applications
- Maintaining the client database
- Accurate and diligent record keeping
Criteria:
- Applicants for this role MUST have a minimum of 2 years of working in the Financial Services industry and have a working knowledge of pensions and investments etc
- Working knowledge of FCA Rules, Guidance Notes and Commitments that apply to the job role.
- Desirable - Diploma qualified or working towards.
- The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and self- driven to succeed.
