Field Care Supervisor - Supported Living

Salary: c. £30500

Full time (42 hours per week)

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of care staff in delivering high-quality care.

• Conduct regular assessments and reviews of client care plans to ensure they meet individual needs.

• Provide training and mentoring to new and existing staff members.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care services provided.

• Act as a point of contact for clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Participate in on-call duties as required.

• Assist in the recruitment and selection of care staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within supported living services

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

• Knowledge of care planning and assessment processes.

• Understanding of safeguarding procedures and best practices.

• Proficient in using care management software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
