Job Advertisement: Junior Management Support (EO)

Position: EO - Junior Management Support
Location: 1 Horse Guards Road, Westminster, London, SW1P 3AL, United Kingdom
Pay Rate: £15. 47 per hour
Booking Number: 388071
Contract Duration: Until 28th February 2025 (with potential to extend, but not guaranteed)
Working Hours: Full-time, 40% hybrid working available


Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join their team as a Junior Management Support (EO). This temporary position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of administrative and management support tasks within a government setting.

The successful candidate will provide junior management support and carry out moderately complex administrative duties, following set procedures while using independent judgment under general supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare routine correspondence and review correspondence from others
  • Compile, verify, and report data to relevant parties
  • Complete forms and reports accurately and on time
  • Manage the workload of a small team, as required
  • Liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other administrative duties as necessary

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Five GCSE passes at Grade C or above
  • Two A level passes at grade E or above (or equivalent)
  • NVQ Management Level 3 or 4 (or suitable junior management experience)
  • Previous administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
