Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Executive Officer !
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary, 6 months with view to extension
Working Days: Full time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 37 hours per week, 9 am to 5 pm
Fully On site role.
Our client, the Home Office has a fantastic opportunity to join their Liverpool office as an Executive Officer.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Collaborate closely with operational colleagues across the wider operations, showcasing your exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Skillfully manage case working duties in line with the assigned business area, including high-profile cases and broader issues.
- Utilise internal systems to make informed casework decisions efficiently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, adapting to varied work-streams aligned with internal deployment priorities.
- Ensure optimal team performance, productivity, and achievement of targets.
Essential Skills:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to multitask, managing a varied workload, prioritising effectively, and reacting quickly and calming to changing circumstances.
- Manage your own workload to action cases in accordance with agreed service standards.
- You will use platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Interpreter Access Database and Home Office accounts system.
- You need excellent communication skills as you will be in regular contact with external interpreters.
Training:
No block holiday permitted during training period, typically 6-8 weeks.
- All training will be held in the Liverpool Office.

** You will be required to undertake security clearance for these roles, and it is imperative that you hold a valid passport and be able to provide two proofs of current address and a proof of national insurance document.
**Start dates will be confirmed once we have had clearance back.
